Getting started

Connect Google, choose a spreadsheet by name (or paste its Google Sheets link), and select the whole workbook or a named tab. For a tab, you can optionally choose a bounded cell range such as A1:F30. Continue to recipients and timing, then review every PDF page, recipient, and the next three dates. Save the schedule and activate a subscription through Account & billing. In the local demo, choose a sample spreadsheet; no Google access or real payment is used.

When a report runs

The service exports fresh data at run time. Preview is a snapshot, not a promise of unchanged spreadsheet contents. To and CC addresses are visible to recipients; use BCC for private copies. The combined limit is twenty addresses, with at least one To address and no duplicates across fields. Daily, weekly and monthly schedules follow the chosen time zone. A numbered monthly day missing from a month is skipped; Last day follows the actual month-end. A time missing during daylight saving is skipped; a repeated time runs once. Runs delayed more than an hour are skipped.

Pause, resume and cancel

Pause stops work that has not reached dispatch commitment. A message already committed may still send. Resume schedules a future occurrence and does not replay paused reports. Cancel schedule is permanent. Cancel subscription stops new sends locally immediately and requests cancellation at the billing provider. If provider cancellation fails, use Manage billing or retry. Cancellation does not automatically refund payments.

Status you can trust

Accepted means Gmail accepted the send request. It does not prove delivery or inbox placement. Unknown means a connection or worker failed after dispatch began. We do not automatically resend unknown outcomes. Check your sender and recipient mailboxes before arranging another send. Failed authorization can be repaired with Reconnect Google on the dashboard. For a blocked report, check file access and resume or edit it.

Edit a schedule

Open More options → Edit schedule. The saved schedule continues while you edit; pause it first if needed. Review a new PDF before saving. Saving preserves pause state and cancels pending work under the old settings. A message already committed may still send using the previous settings. If another tab changes the schedule, reopen the editor to avoid overwriting those changes.

Send a test to yourself

After reviewing the PDF, choose Send test to myself. It uses that exact PDF and goes only to your signed-in account, regardless of the scheduled recipient list. No subscription is needed. There are limits of three tests per hour and ten per day. One preview can send only one test, including when the result is uncertain. Recent activity shows its status. Stop queued test cancels work before commitment; an in-flight message may still send. The local demo sends only to its file mailbox.

Data and privacy — development disclosure

The application reads selected spreadsheet exports and sends reports as your Google account. It stores your email, encrypted refresh token, schedules, recipients, billing references and execution status on its server. PDF previews expire after 30 minutes. The demo uses synthetic PDFs and stores messages in a local file mailbox. No payment or external email occurs in demo mode.

This development build has not been approved for the Google Workspace Marketplace. Production privacy terms, retention policy, owner contact and support address must be configured before public use. Do not use real sensitive customer reports in the demo. Use Delete account to stop sending, cancel the subscription, disconnect Google and remove application data. If a message is in flight, retry deletion after it resolves. Billing-provider records follow provider/legal retention; encrypted backup copies expire within 28 days. Execution/audit metadata expires after 90 days.

Currency

The plan is priced in USD. Stripe offers supported local currencies at checkout. Its exchange rate includes a conversion fee; you can choose USD instead. Your bank may apply its own conversion charges. Local-currency subscription charges can vary with exchange rates. Review the total and recurring terms before subscribing.

Service scope

The MVP supports ten schedules and twenty fixed recipients per report, daily, weekly or monthly, A4 PDF, and one Google identity. It does not guarantee delivery, exact execution time, formula recalculation completion, or universal export fidelity. The proposed subscription price is $12/month USD; the actual Checkout price is controlled by the deployed Stripe price and must match the public offer before launch.
