Privacy
Development disclosure, updated October 23, 2026. SheetDispatch is not open for public subscriptions. The legal operator, privacy contact, hosting location, and production policy must be established before launch.
What the application uses
Production mode connects to your Google account to list available spreadsheets, load spreadsheet and tab names, export the selected report as PDF, and send it through Gmail. The current authorization requests broad read access to Drive and Sheets plus permission to send Gmail messages. Choosing a file in this interface does not reduce the underlying Google permission scope.
What is stored
The server stores your account email, an encrypted Google refresh token, report settings, recipients, schedules, subscription references, and execution records. PDF previews are stored temporarily and expire after 30 minutes. Scheduled PDF attachments are prepared in memory. A requested test email temporarily stores the approved PDF for bounded retries, then removes it after completion or one hour. Stored recipient settings and execution snapshots include To, CC and BCC addresses and are visible only to the owning application account. Stripe handles payment information; the application stores billing references rather than card numbers.
Retention and deletion
Execution and audit metadata are pruned after 90 days. Expired previews and sessions are removed by the running service. Account deletion stops new sends, requests billing cancellation, revokes Google access, and removes application records. Deletion waits for an in-flight message to resolve. Billing-provider records follow provider and legal retention requirements. Production encrypted backups must expire within 28 days; offsite backup retention has not yet been provisioned or verified.
The local demo
The local demo uses synthetic spreadsheets and simulated billing. Messages are written as files on this computer, not emailed externally. It does not use your Google credentials. Local demonstration files and independently retained test evidence require separate cleanup.
Your choices
You can pause or cancel a schedule, cancel your subscription, and delete your application account through Account & billing. You can also revoke access through your Google account. A PDF already sent cannot be recalled or removed from recipients’ mailboxes by this service.
Before public use
A production privacy contact, legal operator identity, provider disclosures, verified retention arrangements, and applicable Google policy disclosures remain launch requirements. This page records the current development implementation and does not establish public service availability.
