Terms

Development service disclosure, updated October 23, 2026. Public sales are not open. Final terms require the operator’s identity, support contact, applicable jurisdiction, and refund policy before launch.

What the MVP supports

One Google identity, up to ten non-canceled schedules, up to twenty fixed addresses across To/CC/BCC per report, daily/weekly/monthly recurrence, and A4 PDF exports. You supply and maintain the spreadsheet content. To and CC addresses are visible to recipients; BCC routes private copies through the mail provider. Confirm you have permission to share the report.

Preview and execution

A preview is a snapshot and expires after 30 minutes. A scheduled run exports fresh spreadsheet data. Spreadsheet changes can change the resulting PDF. Universal PDF fidelity, completed formula refresh, exact-time execution, and inbox placement are not guaranteed.

Missed runs and uncertain sends

Runs more than one hour late are skipped. Missing daylight-saving times are skipped; repeated times run once at the earlier offset. Safe, explicitly rejected requests may retry within bounded limits. An uncertain send is not automatically resent. Provider acceptance does not establish receipt.

Editing and tests

Editing requires a fresh preview and preserves pause state. Saving stops pending work under the old settings; a committed send may still complete using those settings. A requested test uses the reviewed PDF and goes only to the signed-in account. It does not require a paid subscription and is limited to three tests per hour and ten per day. An uncertain test is not automatically resent.

Pause and cancel

Pause stops future send commitments; an in-flight message may still send. Resume schedules the next future occurrence without replaying paused reports. Schedule cancellation is permanent. Subscription cancellation stops new sends locally and requests immediate cancellation at the billing provider. If provider cancellation cannot be confirmed, retry or use Manage billing. Cancellation does not automatically issue a refund.

Subscription and payments

The local demo does not charge money. Its $12/month USD figure is a proposed launch price. In a configured production deployment, the amount, currency, and recurring interval shown by Stripe Checkout must match the published offer before sales open. Failed or expired entitlement stops new sends.

Availability and launch status

Google authorization, production billing, deployment monitoring, required reviews, and operator policies are prerequisites to public availability. This development preview is not an advertised service-level commitment. Read the development privacy disclosure.
